I am looking to see if anyone either has, knows where someone may have, or what options I have for a set of new cam bearings.  Upon removing my cam to install a new thrust washer Cam bearing #5 came out with the cam, damaging the hole that the retaining pin goes into.  I have no idea how this happened but the cam bearing's surface, facing towards the front of the engine, was damaged at some point in it's life, and prevented the cam from sliding out of the bearing. So I need to at least replace that bearing, and going to just replace them all, since, well why not.  Also I am looking to see if anyone has a tappet guide, I broke one trying to get it loosened to remove.  It's clear this car sat a lot, like many years between starts and such.  Any help would be appreciated.  According to the interchange book cam bearings from 34 to 38 fit.

Eric

Eric, I had these bearings made new. I also have NOS steaking barrels. We also have about anything for Hudson splasher engines.  Give us a call or email us at info@wrphet.com
