I don't think anyone ever made a Header for an 8 but I may be wrong. However, there are Shops that do an excellent job welding another outlet on your stock manifold by preheating then burying in sand to let cool down slowly.

I’m planning on installing an Edmunds Aluminum Dual Carb intake. I’d like to eliminate the original carb mount that sticks out on the center and attaches to the original intake manifold. This section would be between the dual carbs.

Dont have an 8 to look at but Suggest have milled off then drill & tap a stainless plate to seal exhaust, or take to local Weld Shop.

Thanks Chuck, Project is on hold now until spring. I’m thinking of having a plate machined and then have tubes welded to it to make headers. I’m not going racing I just want it to look cool with the polished Edmunds Head and Manifold.
