Many thanks to those who attended the Eastern Region in Front Royal, Virginia despite dire predictions of rain throughout the 4-day meet! As it turned out we did have rain for the first two days (a sort of "drippy rain"; not constant, driving rain), and the only official activities for those two days were "under cover" anyway. On the third day -- Saturday -- the rain tapered off just after our all-day driving tour got underway, although the skies were overcast all day. On Sunday morning at the annual caverns show, temperatures were in the 70's and the sun was out!

A lot of people elected not to drive their Hudsons due to the predicted rain but I think about 20 of them showed up, including one from Kentucky and several from Massachusetts!

Congratulations Bill Pratt has been elected Eastern Regional Director At Doc's Meet. His term will begin after The Dells International Meet 2018 and be 3 years. Henry Dabrowski has been elected alternate. Thank you for running and We thank those that voted. Hudsonly Jerre Hoffman
