Discussion by Sue Figert Kennedy: The New England Chapter has met with the Sheraton Hotel in South Burlington, Vermont three times. An acceptable contract with the Hotel has been negotiated and reviewed by Legal Counsel. While money was an issue with the initial proposals from the Sheraton, the Hotel has made significant concessions in the final contract. Dave Tuttle has run the numbers and believes the New England Chapter will be able to meet its budget in hosting the 2020 International Meet. The Hotel contract needs to be signed by Friday, November 17, 2017, as the hotel has already given several extensions.
