Jack, I think you are the third person who has had this problem with the site. The last two I encouraged them to try another browser and they had no issues. If you are using IE, it seems to have some trouble with the payment page, while Chrome and Firefox have no problems. I would love to know what is causing this and for so few members. The only other reason I have seen that folks have had this problem is if their session expires (e.g. you go to the page, then go get coffee and it times out) Logging back in helps this. Also just to check, you did log in to renew correct? One other thing i can think of is that the error messaging on this application is not sophisticated and might have burped on that. If you have an ipad or another computer, try it on those and let me know if you have the same problem.
Aaron
Hi Aaron,
I'm using Firefox, latest on Win 7 Sp1.
I'll try Chrome, then IE9.
Pls dont let me expire,
Thanks
Jack
Changed computers and it worked fine using same Firefox version - Go Figure!!
Thanks!!
I've had problems with Firefox that were correcdted by using IE 8. For example I cannot access a file in the online library using 'FireFox (FireFlop???) but can open them with IE. I've had the same problem with some emails, for example Military.com emails. FireFlop won't open the links, IE will. Nature of the beast I guess.
