I need suggestions or tips for material to make an exhaust/intake manifold gasket for a  '35 212 6 cylinder motor. This the area where two port holes of the intake manifold bolt to the exhaust manifold. I am guessing the purpose is to apply heat to just below the carburetor. I'm guessing the two manifolds should be bolted together first then the intake tightened and finally the exhaust tightened hoping there is a little 'wiggle' room. I need some material suitable for the exhaust heat but still be able to compress a little so the area will seal. I bought an exhaust and intake manifold gasket kit but it was missing this intake/exhaust gasket. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated.

Hi i have several of those 33 to 36 motors. I can pull some off. Both manifolds when assembled may have 2 b planed . The mounting could b off when u reassemble. Did u get electric hand working? The transmission top and switchs i sold u a few years ago

I just need some kind of exhaust material to make a gasket. I have most or all the parts from different years for the electric hand but have not put into one working unit.
Thanks

The gasket you need is  #9763 and you can get it from Dale Cooper.
