Hello everyone,
This is my 1st post. My brother and I are working on our Dad's 46 Super Six Coupe.
We are planning to replace the rusted out fuel tank with a 1949-52 Chevy tank, will need to relocate the filler pipe a bit.
My question is that there is two versions of fuel gauge senders for that tank: A ...... 1-30 ohms and B....... 0-90 ohms.
I know the OE type had a heating-contact system, but which of the two senders would work, if either would?
We are planning to keep it a 6volt system for now.
I did search for this question but did not find what I needed. So thanks in advance.
