Time to refill my 51 3sp w/OD trans. Would anyone like to suggest a suitable gear oil?

Please ignore - after me spending the afternoon searching for the document, a recent Grand Canyon Chapter newsletter reprinted Al Saffrahn's Menu of Lubricants!
GL-4 gear oil is fine for transmissions
