The fuel and temp gauges in the Jet only register once in a while, they show as if ignition off but will read correctly now and again.when driving. The last bug in the Jet I haven't figured out! Thanks!

Most likely the 5v regulator is dodgy, or has loose contacts, Sits on the back ( or technically the front) of the instrument panel. It could either be the mounting screw loose, or the voltage supply screw, or the output terminal screw.
