There used to be a parts interchange list available. To make it easier to cross reference and find parts from different makes that will fit on Hudsons. Is this still floating around somewhere? I ran a search but didn’t come up with anything.

I own this book. This only cross references Hudson parts. I’m looking for the interchange list that cross references all brands.
If you're talking about a Hollander Interchange manual, they have a website or go on ebay to get used copies.
Not sure if your request was for a SWAPS MANUAL that originally was the collaboration of many HETers and published decades ago by Lou Backus? if so it is available on my website https://hudsonrestoration1948-54.com/ as SWAPS Manual by clicking that link on the front page. Rob... the interchange does deal with Stepdown cars... but is also includes cars throughout the production of HET.
I have the book right here , inside frront cover it say's : Copyright 1976 Louis Backmus jr. Listed are several contributor of data only name I recognize as still being around is Alex Burr. You may ask him if he knows of a copy for sale
I cover much more than just the stepdown cars . The book is older info but I take the numbers and find current equivalent.
