May also want to check with Walt Mordenti. He has carb parts, and may have such a metering rod. I left him two unrestorable tin H carbs last time I dealt with him. He's amazing with carbs.

Does anyone know where to scare up a metering rod for a 776S carburetor? I am having a devil of a time finding one. I was working through my carburetor and I see I have a broken off tip which I fished out. The part number for the metering rod is 75-754. If I cannot find one, what are my options? I guess I could swap my Twin-H setup on but can’t use the air cleaners because of the Drive-Magic.

Thanks
Colin
