The picture with the black background is actually in my living room with all the other lights off.
These plug in to 110V and are pretty tough. They can be shipped anywhere. No glass. These are modern LED tubes that look like neon.

I went to the store site and size is not mentioned.
Surely someone knows two dimensions, x & y?
Sign is about 20" wide 12" tall and 4" thick
