Can anyone tell me how you get the red lens out ot the tail light on my 36 Terraplane? I got the two smaller ones out so I can put in a new bulb. There has to be an easier way.

I have two thoughts:
First, your owner's manual should tell you how to do this. If you don't have one, there is one in the Club's online library (see "Library" drop-down menu above) which you can download.
If the 1936 is anything like the 1937, you push in on the lower part of the lens, then downward. The lens should slide down just enough for the top of the lens to clear the chrome retaining bezel, and the top can then be gently tilted out of the bezel. Then, grasping the top of the lens, you can gently pull the entire lens up and out of the bezel. The lens is taller than it is wide, so it is only held at the top and bottom.
Exercise caution, and take care not to drop the lens on the pavement during removal. I often place a blanket on top of the rear bumper, below the taillight, in order to catch stray flying lenses.
