I am trying to refurbish an AC oil filter housing for my Stepdown. This assembly appears to be much better made than the Fram housing I currently have on in (cast vs. stamped parts, a drain plug vs. none). The remnants of paint under the crust of grease, dirt, and rust appear to be a metallic blue. What color blue is this?
