I am in need of an emergency brake handle assembly for a 1946 pickup. A previous owner removed the complete handle. Ii still has the support piece that goes from the dash to the firewall. Does anybody have an idea where I might find one?

Any Hudson, 1941-1947 is the same. Somebody must have one somewhere.

Do you need just the handle or handle and cable assembly?

All I need is the handle assembly that includes the rod to where it would connect to the cable.

Thank you. I will give you a call tomorrow (Saturday) afternoon. I am not sure how it mounts to the bracket under the dash, but I am sure I can figure it out. I hope your's includes the ratchet rod.

Lance,
Thank you for the quick delivery of the E-brake assembly. It is in perfect condition and bolts right onto the existing bracket. Little clean up and I will be good to go. There are a couple of companies in Denver that can make a new cable. Thanks again for the great service.
