I need help identifying if the instrument panel on my 1935 Special G Terraplane is correct. I have a 1935 Terraplane advertising booklet that shows a Gas Level and a Water Level gauge in the panel . The 1935 Terraplane Owners Manual does not show these two gauges in a sketch. My 1935 instrument panel has only a gas gauge on the upper part of the speedo. It also has the two red jeweled lights. Is my instrument panel correct or an earlier version ? Could the panel vary if the car was assembled in different locations ?. Any info will be appreciated.
Thanks, Bill

You have the correct panel. For "Special" read "Economy" model!

Bill,

The cars which have the water level gauge on the panel have a float in the top tank of the radiator. These don't usually work reliably.
