Are these for the bottom of the doors to hold the door panels? They were in the trunk of the '50 C6 convertible. They're a hair over 37 1/2 inches long and are easily bent. Terry

Terry, Those were attached to the fiber door panel at the very bottom. It then slid into the corresponding section tack welded on the bottom of the door. I guess the idea was that it saved on using fastening clips(?)
