Does anyone have any tips on how to adjust the two shift "Lock outs on each side of the transmission. Also which hole does the pin go into on the clutch lever?

With the pedal fully depressed the cut-out should over the pin, allowing the gears to shift. As to which hole to put the linkage in, it depends on how much movement you have, and whether the clutch is fully disengaging. To get maximum movement, fit the pin the innermost hole.
