looking for the small metal block that holds the point adjuster. The original was made of what I call pot metal.
Thinking there maybe a replacement out there. This is for a 1927 Hudson 6 cyl
Thanks Ken

Two suggestions:

1. Try contacting a Hudson vendor like Dave Kostansek or Carl Weber, who is well acquainted with the older Hudsons.

2. Find a distributor rebuilder in your search engine and ask them if they have the part. Here's one I just stumbled on, but no guarantee he has the part! http://www.aerrebuild.com/

Ken and Diana,

There is a long-time owner of a 1927 Hudson in Norway. He has some parts. His name is Bjorn Petter Gjerdrum, bjornpetterg@gmail.com. I just visited him last month, and was impressed by his totally original car (even the paint!).
