Thanks Doug.
I think the original colours were Symphony blue light and dark.
Yes, I'm going to replace hood ornament triangle with a gold triange.
Thanks also for many parts your company has sent to me. Without those my restoring work would have been more difficult.

Thanks for these marvellous pictures of your great work restoring this car. The attached article may interest you. I had the pleasure of having a ride in this Hudson in Finland in 1986.

Thanks Andrew.
The article was very interesting. I read it carefully. On 1986 here were not many Hudsons and situation today is same. Finland is more muscle car country, lot of Mustangs, Camaros, Challengers and so on. I myself have restored earlier some Desotos and Chryslers from 1957-59 and I have to say Hudson was the most difficult of my projects. In Hudson many things are made on different way as in other cars.

Glad you liked it. Hudson Club people are very helpful with advice and parts sources. Parts and parts cars are not too hard to come by here in Australia; in Finland it must be very hard, as most parts you would have to get from overseas. My brother has a 1970 Dodge Challenger he restored. I remember a guy at Jakobstad had a mid/late 50s Chrysler. We didn't go for a drive though because it was winter:)
