Can anyone tell me if part number 307093 is a 55-56 Twin H manifold (I suspect it is) and if that will work on 51-54 Hornet engines as well?

If 55 or 56, all part numbers start with a 5. Yours is not 55 or 56. 55 and 56 has to be used with the 55 or 56 exhaust manifold. Walt.
