Gentlemen,
I want to get a rebuilt carburetor for my 35 Terraplane that has the 212 six. I called Kantter auto products and gave them the numbers off of the tag that is on the carb. and they say it doesn't match with any of their Carter carb numbers
Could you look at the tag in the photo and tell me what it might be? I thought it was a W-1 Carter but now??????

The 311s is for 35 Terraplanes model G and all commercial 6 models which are hand chokes. The model GU 6 1935 take model 309s which is an automatic W-1 Carter down draft carb. Very important you have the correct model on your engine as that carb is made for that model. Walt Mordenti
