I am looking for fenders for my 36 Terraplane, there is a guy with 36 Hudson fenders for sale. Will the fenders from a 36 Hudson work on a 36 Terraplane? Can someone help me with this? I hate to buy them and pay shipping and not be able to use them.
Thanks your advise will be a great help

I'm not sure of the answer, but one determining factor would be the model of Hudson. I believe some of them were longer-wheelbase than the Terraplane and in that case the front fenders might be longer for the Hudson.

Going by the 1936 parts book (copy available in the online library) the fenders have different part numbers. Even some of the Hudson to Hudson front fenders have different part numbers. So, going by that I'd say that, no, Hudson and Terraplane fenders are different and will not interchange.

Even fenders that came out of the same stamping dies will have different numbers, even if one hole for a piece of trim is different than another identical fender. I wouldn't go by whether or not the numbers matched.
