I'm going through sorting out brakes etc. on my 112 and have found a rear wheel where all the bolts are in a poor shape. Any idea what size/type thread is used on these? I want to see if I can possibly chase the threads before going down the "new" route so would need to purchase the correct size

They are the same 'bolts', spanning multiple years.
Reading on the box shown:
Manufacturer: DORMAN
Part No: 610-018
Description: 1/2-20, WHEEL BOLT
Bar Code Number: 19495 60718

1/2 UNF, 20 tpi. It won't be too hard to find good replacement wheel bolts if you need them, a thread gauge is also a useful tool for restoration work.
Probably a good idea to buy a tap and clean out the drum threads too.
Thanks to both and especially Rick for pointing out my obvious mistake!
Just take one to any auto store as they all carry them in stock. Walt

Thanks Walt ; would that I could but over here in the UK not so easy to find I'm afraid
I take it you need 5? Didn't I ship something to you in UK before? Maybe I am thinking of Brain Karley and some others.

It might well have been Brian Ken; don't recall having anything shipped by yourself to me before (but age etc.!)
I was actually thinking of having a stock so was looking to maybe go for 10 or 20. If you have some you'd be willing to ship and the price works for both of us I'm willing to buy!
If your bolts are not near perfect, I would replace them. My father ran Hudsons, a '36 112 eight in fact. lost a few wheels trying to not spend money on new bolts.

Have to agree Calvin; worth spending that money to be sure
Hey, nastycar's been letting the boys race with as few as 3 lug bolts - at 200mph. Us mere mortals driving at 55-60 don't have to worry right. "Uh, Honey, what's that wheel rolling down the road in front of us???" LOL

Three wheels on my wagon hey Alex 🙂 And 55 - 60 ; that's just a dream speed!
Paul, if you send your address to info@wrphet.com , I will get you fixed up. They will need to be cleaned up,but they won't be stripped, rusty or damaged. You pay for shipping. I might even have enough of the exact type your car came with. They are all 1/2-20 but earlier cars came with a lug with a slight dome on them. Thanks for all you do for this Forum!
Doug,
I really appreciate that so thank you very much indeed! Email on its way with my address in it
