can anyone help me with the cold valve settings on my 175 CI 1940 Hudson engine. I know the hot settings are .006 and .008 on the int. and exh. I am putting the engine back together after a rebuild and would like to get the setting as close as possible. thanks in advance for any help.

Set them cold at .008 and .010. Use new feeler gauges and set at a drag fit. Walt.
