Saw Some place a person selling rear end to upgrade 37 Hudson for better performance on the highway.
Price was around $1300. Now I can't find the page it was on and want to check into it.
Anyone out there have a better memory then me? I've run searches all over with no luck.
Gordan in the search area put in Hi Speed rear end gears for 32-38 Hudson and Terraplane hit enter and it will come up if you decide that this is the way you want to go I have two sets of these gears I bought from Ivan Zaremba that I did not use because I sold my 36 Hudson I can sell you a new unused set for $950.00 plus shipping Tom cell # 651-315-1337
Found it under repo parts! How difficult is it to put those gears in. I am rather new at all this.
Gordon were do you live I believe the best person to ask this would be Doug Wildrick from what I have been told by a person that put these gears in his 1936 Terraplane is it is not that hard to do and also he loves being able to keep up with traffic on the highway.
Live in Lafayette Louisiana. Will check in with Doug have worked with him before.
Regarding installation: I had heard that the ring gear might require grinding away part of the housing in order to fit it within in the housing, but this is not a big deal.
Do you still have the High speed rear end gears. Looks like the way I am going.
