Just reached Sarah's site with Firefox on tablet, laptop and main computer.
Also with Microsoft Edge.

In your Mozilla window press "Ctrl-Shift-Delete" at the same time. This should throw up a window that says "Clear Recent History". In there you will have the chance to select the time range to clear. Click on this and select "Everything". Click on the button that says "Clear Now" and all should be erased.
Be careful however as it will (unless you say otherwise) clear cookies as well which means that first time into various sites you'll have to re-enter your login details.
Give it a whirl and let me know how it looks and then we can try phase 2 if needs be. Don't ask me what that is yet ; it needs to be worked out 🙂
Out of interest, I had never been to the site before on this computer/browser (IE11) and couldn't with the following error but it was fine with Chrome. Clicking on the frame link takes me to Microsoft Support rather than opening the site in a new frame. Looks like a problem with her website /hosting service.
I just tried it again - came right up on Firefox "Hudsonjet.net"
