What thermostat is everyone using in their stepdowns ('53 Hornet)?

160-165 is typical.

I still favor this one {on the left} over the restricted one. With the bypass blocked or the 0.030" hole in a SS freeze plug. Open area is approx. 4 times a normal thermostat !! www.jegs.com note photo on Jegs site is not photo of the #4366.
