I am looking for the red triangular decals for the centers of the Hornet hubcaps. Any suggestions?

You could paint them on - I think that's the way it was done, but I'm not sure about that. All you would need would be is for someone to give you measurements, cut a stencil, and spray the triangle on the hub cap.

Basically 3 good ways:
1. Paint them on, via Alex's post above.
2. Cut your own out of Vinyl sheet (adhesive backed).
3. Purchase finished ones (Peel & Stick) from WRP (Wildrick Rubber Products) or similar vendor.
