does anyone know about modern replacement pistons for the 308....I heard that 305 chev v8 piston could be used appreciate any info. thanks

FYI
I dont know if Chevy will work but early MOPAR Poly V8 piston has omly 3 rings, the same 'pin to deck measurement', and fits by slighty reaming the wrist pin bushing & milling off the Dome.

Dale Cooper has them, I believe with a choice of "pinned" ring grooves or otherwise.
