OK I have several questions. First ..where can I get weather stripping for the doors and windows... second ... who rebuilds carbs and does a good job...third ... is there anyone around Springfield,Ohio that works on the hydro-matic Transmission. ..thanks in advance Jason
As for Hydramatic rebuilding, try A. J. "Gus" Souza in Chicago (he's in the Hudson club, his contact info is in the roster), also FATSCO in NJ is highly thought of. My druthers would be Gus because (though Hydra is GM built) he'd know all the ins and outs of the adapters and brackets that connect the transmission to your Hudson.

Jason, what seems to be the issues with the transmission?. We also build carbs and complete engines, and/or total Hudson restorations.. Have you had the gas tank restored?. If you haven't, this is the first place you should start. Countless times we have seen where the fuel pump and carb. get replaced, but the root of problems always come from the tank.
