Hydro-E-Lectrtic, the main convertible parts supplier for our Hudsons, is trying to have these cones made. Apparently, this is the weak link in the entire valve body, as it is the part that consistently gives out before the others. They have had a couple of suppliers make some prototypes, but have thus far rejected all submitted samples. They are currently working with yet another vendor who is trying their hand at casting some.

If anyone has one sitting on their shelf, I could really use a new cone. The rest of my valve is in good shape.
