My brother Dale is asking $250 for the pair of coupe doors. They are off of a 50.
Hi Tom
I sure am interested in those doors. Do you know if they have the trim on them? I imagine there are a bunch of shippers at hershey, would your brother be willing to ship them from hershey? I am in Oregon.
Thanks
Steve
Just for fun, you might post a message under "Transport Needed", asking if anyone's headed to the west coast with an empty car trailer (or one with some room in it).
If they are just the doors (without window glass and mechanism), you could consider shipping them using Greyhound Express. They aren't so heavy that they can't then be handled. It's the only reasonable cost shipping and works pretty well. I have sent large and heavy fenders this way (actually over 85 lbs and great than 6' length), and received a decklid also. Forget the other carriers, you'll have to take out a mortgage. A door is probably pretty easy to package up I think. If you send them separately, you can drop the driver door off at my place. Ha!
Thank You Jon:
I will place that ad.
Tim, I don't absolutely have to have a drivers door. If you want to make this a team effort I am all in. The driver for you the passenger for me. Awesome!
Steve
email me @ HETsuper6esx@hotmail.com(delete the "HET") and we can discuss the purchase futher. I will let my brother know you are interested.
