Hello to all. I am a Hudson and Essex collector here in New Zealand. I own 2 1929 Hudson coupes , 1930 Essex landau , 1930 essex coupe , 1930 essex sun sedan , 1930 essex 2 door sedan. I have been into Hudson and Essex cars most of my life as my father was also.
Back a little over 2 years ago i bought and paid for rubber running board mats and a floor mat from KGap. I have tried and tried to contact them with no reply and no goods. It cost me over $1000.00 U.S and i have no goods to show for it.
Can anyone help with how ot get hold of Kaylene or anyone from KGap.
Also i could be very interested in joining the club or hearing from anyone with a 1930 Essex Sun sedan.
Regards
David Wilkens.
Didn't they get bought up by Wildrick?
Hi David
Call me tonight if you wish - I had a similar experience but now is all basically sorted thanks to help from a fellow club member in the area.

Don't want to go into any more detail concerning K-Gap, that 'Dead horse' has been beaten to a pulp, both here and elsewhere. You may want to check with the California Attorney-General's office, there may be action(s) pending or some type of judgment in-force(?).
However, I don't think it is fair (or right) to put that 'dead horse' (i.e., the K-Gap fiasco) on Doug's doorstep.
I have no idea what 'arrangement/agreement' was made (however, I seriously doubt Doug would 'take-on' all the issues/problems that festered and still occur) - but your best bet in getting your project going again would be to contact Doug...
