1939 Hudson 112 Restoration

OK, to be sure I get it right, is there any specific to painting the frame and undercarriage parts other than black? Shiny or flat? And, the underside of the body - does that get painted black or body color? Thanks for any help!

Body and frame have been blasted and a minimal amount of metal repair is underway, so the use of these answers is soon. MS 🙂

I DID MY PACEMAKER CV WITH SATIN FINISH BLACK PAINT I PUT IT OVER POR 15 THE CAR HAS BEEN OUT FOR 10 YEARS AND HAVE NOT HAD ANY RUST AND IT STILL LOOKS LIKE IT WAS DONE LAST WEEK THE CAR HAS HAD AACA JUDGES ALL OVER IT WHEN 1ST DONE THE CAR HAS BOTH JR. AND SR. AACA AWARDS SO I'M THINKING SATIN BLACK WAS AGOOD CHOYCE
