Hello Guys:
Can anyone direct me to anything that will show me what parts I need & a diagram to wire in a head light relay for my '27 Hudson Super Six, '29 Essex Challenger & a '53 Hudson Hornet?

regards to all

Moving this topic to "Hudson" category. Not sure why it was posted in "off topic"!

J, they wiring is basically the same for all your cars - take a heavy wire from the terminal post where the battery cable connects, to the input of the relay. Then cut the wires that go from the switch to the headlamps, and connect to the input side of the relay, and the other end of the wires that go to the headlamps go on the out ouput side of the relay. email me direct if you want me to draw you a diagram for each car. I added an NOS 6v dual beam unit on my Wasp, wire as Geoff says-the power wire needs to be heavier gauge, #12 works. When I cut into the wiring harness, the insulation looked like new under the tape, so it doesn't look added on!
